Introduction: The fifth CELAC Simmit (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) was held in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. In this two-day summit, the respresentives has drawn Punta Cana Declartion, which focuses on trade, eduction, culuture and health issues. Established in 2011, CELAC has 33 members till now, and it is regarded as the alternative organization of OAS( Organization of American States).
Project Breifing: according to the host country requirements, as it’s for national summit venue for high officials, the conference venue should be equipped with high quality audio and video conference system. The venue is 1000 square meters columnless international ballroom design with fixing seats.
