Do you hear of Robert’s Rules of Order?

I believe that many readers enter various conferences and may encounter someone who delivers a speech out of time limit, who is late for the conference, who may have private discussion after the conference. How to organize an efficient and democratic conference rather than a messy one, may bother you for a while.

Here, I would like to introduce Robert’s Rules of Order briefly. The Pocket Manual of Rules of Order complied by Robert was published in 1876. After several times of edition, it has been rewritten to the 11th edition in 2011.

Robert’s Rules of Order has been adopted by US Congress.
